Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gajo (the "Service"), operated by Core Dump Software LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Gajo is a URL shortening service that creates compact links, optional QR codes, and click analytics. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, store, or distribute links to content that:

is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others;
distributes malware, phishing pages, or other malicious or harmful material;
contains spam or is used for unsolicited bulk messaging;
harasses, threatens, or violates the privacy of any person; or
attempts to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

We may disable links or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, with or without notice.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Link Availability

Generated short codes and link lifetimes depend on your plan. We do not guarantee that any link will remain active indefinitely, and links may expire according to your plan's lifetime limits.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the destination URLs and content you submit.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of destination URLs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to comply with legal requirements.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
